libclipper2v5-dbg software package provides object oriented development kit for crystallographic computing, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclipper2v5-dbg
libclipper2v5-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclipper2v5-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclipper2v5-dbg *
